My Rio is not showing alerts
Open System Settings → Privacy & Security and confirm the permissions requested during setup are enabled for My Rio. Then quit and reopen the app.

Start an emailOpen System Settings → Privacy & Security and confirm the permissions requested during setup are enabled for My Rio. Then quit and reopen the app.
Click on the screen where you are working. If Follow Me Across Screens is enabled, My Rio should move to the active display. You can also reopen the app from Applications.
Use the My Rio menu to turn off Follow Me Across Screens before a presentation or focused work session.
Command Center access is configured by your administrator. Confirm that you accepted the correct team invitation, then ask your administrator to verify your access.
Confirm you downloaded My Rio from myrioai.com. In Finder, Control-click the app and choose Open, then follow the macOS prompt.
